XLOWELLVILLE -- The wedding of Lisa Fiorentine and Geoffrey Malcomson took place at 2 p.m. June 14 at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church.
The bride is a daughter of Mike and Arlene Fiorentine of Struthers and the late Nancy Glass. Mr. Malcomson is a son of Charles and Theresa Malcomson of McDonald.
The Rev. Gerald DeLucia officiated, and a reception was held at The Embassy in Youngstown.The couple left for Paris and will reside in Struthers.
The bride's A-line white organza gown was embellished with beaded schiffli lace.
Her sisters, Nicole Hively and Tami Slaina, were matrons of honor, and bridesmaids were Megan Malcomson, the groom's sister; Tammy Kopnicky, the bride's sister-in-law; Nicole and Samantha Pompeo, the groom's cousins; Anitra James; Christine Cyphert; and Toni Reebel. They wore black gowns. Flower girls were the bride's nieces, Kristen Kopnicky and Tristyn Fiorentine.
Shawn Malcomson, the groom's brother, and Aaron Hamilton, his cousin, shared the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Tom Kopnicky and Michael Fiorentine, the bride's brothers; Dave Slaina and Ryan Hively, her brothers-in-law; Pat Reagan, the groom's future brother-in-law; Earl Sharrow; and Shane Spencer. Tommy Kopnicky, the bride's nephew, was ring bearer.
The couple are graduates of Youngstown State University with bachelor's degrees in education. Mrs. Malcomson teaches French at Columbiana Exempted Village Schools, and her husband teaches chemistry and is a track coach at Struthers City Schools.
