Arrests made in four Knox Twp. burglaries
LISBON -- Two men were arrested and a third man is being sought in a string of business burglaries in Knox Township.
Four businesses were broken into early Wednesday.
The men arrested were captured without incident at the Stage Coach Inn, 27425 Main St., Georgetown, Columbiana County Sheriff Dave Smith said.
Jeffrey Seidner Jr., 30, and William Garren, 22, of New Cumberland, W.Va., were apprehended by the business owner and deputy sheriffs, Smith said.
Seidner is charged with four counts of complicity to breaking and entering.
Garren is charged with four counts of breaking and entering.
Both men were in jail this morning, awaiting court hearings.
All the offenses are fifth-degree felonies, which carry maximum sentences of a year in prison.
Authorities are still looking for a 32-year-old New Cumberland man who they believe was also involved in the crimes.
The other burglarized businesses are Scotty's Lift Truck, Reichenbach Chevrolet and Kreiner Auction, all located in Knox Township.
