Parents announce Bailey-Wirtz wedding plans

XThe engagement of Kendra Eileen Bailey, 4671 Rhode Island Drive, Youngstown, and Mark Robert Wirtz, 5232 Gault Road, North Jackson, is announced by their parents.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Nola Bailey of the Rhode Island Drive address, and James Bailey, 12753 N. Palmyra Road, North Jackson. Parents of the future groom are Evelyn and John Wirtz of the Gault Road address.
Miss Bailey, a second-grade teacher at Sts. Mary and Joseph School in Newton Falls, graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education.
Mr. Wirtz holds a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from YSU and is a physical therapist with Easter Seals of Youngstown.
The couple have planned an open wedding for 4:30 p.m. July 18 at St. Joseph Church in Newton Falls. Invitations will be issued for their evening reception at Roby Lee's Banquet Center, also in Newton Falls.
