Katie M. Powell Mr. Evanchick plan August nuptials

XMINERAL RIDGE -- Charles and Sandy Powell and John and Mary Ann Evanchick, all of Mineral Ridge, are announcing plans for the coming marriage of their children, Katie Mae Powell of Mineral Ridge and Jonathan Gregory Evanchick of Strongsville.
Miss Powell graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea and is pursuing a master's degree in physician's assistant at Gannon University in Erie, Pa.
Her fiance earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Baldwin-Wallace and is a pharmaceutical representative for Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals in Cleveland.
The couple have chosen Aug. 30 for their open ceremony to take place at 2:30 p.m. at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown. A reception by invitations will be held that evening at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman.
