ASSOCIATIONS
XAlliance Area Retired Teachers Association will meet for lunch at noon June 20 at the YWCA, 239 E. Market St. The program will be "An Archaeological Dig in Damascus" by Clarence Sekerak. XMahoning Retired Teachers Association will hold a luncheon meeting Wednesday at Antone's Banquet Centre, 8578 Market St., Boardman. A social hour will start at 11 a.m. and lunch will be at noon. The program will be presented by Dr. Stephane Elise Booth of Kent State University, who will discuss her book on women in Ohio history.

CLUBS
XJunior Division of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians will meet from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. June 14 at the AOH Hibernian Hall, 5110 Southern Blvd., Boardman. Membership is open to Irish Catholic girls from 6 to 16 who are interested in learning about the culture and traditions of Ireland.
XWarren Women's Connection will hold a Health and Happiness Brunch at 9:30 a.m. June 16 at the Avalon Inn in Howland. Featured will be Cindy Perkins, who will speak on herbs and vitamins; solos by Suzy Owens, and a talk by Bonnie Frato, a paramedic. XTrumbull County Farm Bureau Young Agriculturists Council will attend a strawberry festival at 8 p.m. Friday at Lakeview High School, 300 Hillman Drive, Cortland.
SOCIETIES
XMahoning County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society will install officers during a meeting at 6:30 p.m. June 16 at Four Mile Run Christian Church, 701 N. Four Mile Run Road, Austintown. The church is handicap accessible. There will be a light buffet supper. Roger Marble will present a program on "Overview of Military Records." The Computer Interest Group will not meet in June.
SORORITIES
XGamma Sigma and Sigma Sigma Sigma Alumnae, Beta Psi Chapter, have planned a dinner in honor of Mary B. Smith, Youngstown State University sorority adviser since 1939. The dinner will be held at 5 p.m. June 29 at the Holiday Inn, 7410 South Ave., Boardman. XYoungstown-Warren Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota music fraternity will hold its annual scholarship luncheon at noon June 14 at Ellsworth Presbyterian Church, Route 224. Music will be provided by Alpha Nu Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota and Phi Mu Alpha Simfonia of Youngstown State University. A style show and a basket raffle will follow the luncheon.
