SANDLOTS Baker's pitching delivers 7-0 win

Dom Yazbek had a no-hitter and did well at the plate in a AA League game.
STRUTHERS -- Chad Baker pitched a two-hitter as Astro Falcons (5-0) remained undefeated with a 7-0 victory over Livi Steel in Class B League play at Cene Park on Wednesday.
Baker walked three and struck out nine.
Dan Leonard had two hits and two RBIs for Astros, while Frank Turocy and Brent Parks also had two hits, including doubles. Bill Christian added a double and Mike Pulakos had two RBIs.
Fred Battisti went the distance for Livi Steel (4-1). Only four of the runs allowed by Battisti were earned.
Lazart 10, Whamby Sports 3
Lazart (3-2) used a 13-hit attack to move over the .500 mark. Robert Stull and Travis Garrett led the way with two hits and two RBIs each, while John Flaminio added two singles for Lazart. Garrett tripled, while Matt Lutz, Bob Melnek and Dean Stokes all doubled. Kyle Buck pitched a complete game, allowing four hits. He struck out nine and walked four.
For Wharmby Sports (2-3), Dennis Kirkwood and Josh Pratt had two hits each.
Line Drive 4, Becdir 2
Justin Byler outdueled Brian Sterling as Line Drive improved to 3-2. Byler did not allow an earned run in the victory. He allowed just two singles, walked two and struck out seven.
Sterling allowed three earned runs, walked two and struck out four as Becdir slipped to 1-4.
Youngstown Express 5, Youngstown Propane 1
Express (1-4) won for the first time as they used an 11-hit attack. Jacob Wycoff, Nick Getsy, and John Burnich had two hits each for Express. Mike Simpson pitched the first four innings for the win while Getsy tossed the final three innings of one-hit relief for the save. Getsy struck out six. Getsy and Simpson hit doubles.
For Propane (0-5), Matt McConnell had two hits, one a double.
Rondinelli 3, Roth Brothers 2
Rondinelli (5-0) remained undefeated with the win over Roth (1-4).
Mark Seddon pitched a three-hitter for the winners, with five strikeouts and no walks. Mike DeNiro had two hits, including a solo home run in the seventh.
Aaron Johnstone allowed just two earned runs in the defeat. He walked one and struck out three.
Class AA
YOUNGSTOWN -- Dom Yazbek pitched a no-hitter with 10 strikeouts as Bud's defeated DiCioccio 16-0 in five innings.
Caleb Goist, Erik Barone, Joe Marzano and Yazbek each had two hits in an 11-hit attack.
Yazbek drove in three runs. Bud's scored nine runs in the third inning to open a 12-0 lead.
Jolly Joe's 8, DiCioccio 1
Giancolo Silvestri had two hits and eight other players had a hit apiece for Jolly Joe's.
The winners scored three runs in the third to make it 5-1.
Gary Hinkson had two hits for DiCioccio.
