XYOUNGSTOWN -- Exchanging nuptial vows during a 5:30 p.m. ceremony May 3 were Meghan Lynn Hartill of Fairfield, and Sean Michael Ryder of Mason, who were united in marriage by Monsignor David Rhodes at St. Christine Church.
Mr. and Mrs. William D. Hartill Jr., 1053 Old Furnace Road, are parents of the bride, and the groom is a son of Kathleen Ryder, 638 New Castle St., Butler, Pa.
A reception was held in honor of the couple at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex, Liberty. After a honeymoon at Playa del Carmen, Mexico, they live in Mason.
The bride's silk gown featured a split bateau neckline, beading and embroidery at the waistline, and a full-pleated skirt that flowed into a chapel train.
Sage-green gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Molly Hartill, and the bridesmaids, Melissa Scalia, Maria McLaughlin, Dr. Shannon Puhalla, Chelsea Tedder and the bride's cousin, Tracy Trout.
Ronald Stepanovich served as best man, and groomsmen were the groom's brother, Robert Ryder; Aarron Erdman; Michael Ray; and the bride's brothers, Patrick and Robert Hartill.
The bride earned a bachelor's degree in organizational communications at Ohio University at Athens. She is an unemployment-insurance consultant with the Sheakley Group of Cincinnati.
The groom is a distribution manager with Toys R Us Distribution Center of Cincinnati. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Clarion University and is pursuing a master's degree at the Thomas Moore College, Fort Mitchell, Ky.
