XYOUNGSTOWN -- A honeymoon in Aruba followed the May 10 wedding of Margherita Gamberale, daughter of Frank and Ninetta Gamberale, 1799 Mathews Road, Poland, and John Ernest Kavulla, son of John and Irene Kavulla, 1800 Woodside Drive, Hermitage, Pa., at Sacred Heart Church.
The couple exchanged vows during a 2 p.m. ceremony solemnized by the Rev. Charles Poore and were honored afterward during a reception at the Maronite Center.
The bride was wearing a sleeveless, A-line gown of matte satin accented with beaded lace and featuring a scooped neckline and cathedral train.
Periwinkle gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Valerie Lemme, and the bridesmaids, Mary Daniels; Lora Furano, the bride's cousin; and Gail Pastoria. Flower girl was Angela Morris.
Michael Kavulla was his brother's best man, and groomsmen were the bride's brother, Frank Gamberale, and Scott Savchuk and Robert Foulkrod.
The bride earned a bachelor's degree in marketing at Youngstown State University and received a certificate in information systems from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va. She is an administrative systems support analyst at Mount Union College, Alliance.
The groom is an internal auditor for Mercer County, Pa. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in accounting and earned a master's in business administration from Youngstown State University.
