Robert A. Schall, 42, South Saratoga Avenue, Youngstown; three counts of passing bad checks.
Raymond A. Betts, 46, North Turner Road, Youngstown; nine counts of deception to obtain dangerous drugs.
Douglas H. Measmer, 46, Kirk Road, Youngstown; receiving stolen property.
Louis P. Williams, 24, LaBelle Avenue, Youngstown; concealed weapon.
Donald L. Mulholland, 18, Kirk Road, Youngstown; breaking/entering, vandalism, receiving stolen property.
Angela L. Williams, 23, Winona Drive, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
