UDiversified Equity Holdings may decide to operate the National City Bank building in downtown Youngstown if a minimum bid isn't placed at a June 17 auction, said William Fox, chairman of the auctioneering company. An article Wednesday said the Arizona company is holding the auction because it doesn't want to operate the building. Diversified has an agreement to buy the building from local developers Michael Camacci and Rokki Rogan.
UWilliam D. Morrell Jr. was arrested by Poland Township police Monday and charged with felonious unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Police reports did not initially specify Morrell as a junior. Morrell also is a resident of Green Township, not Salem, which is his mailing address.
