Brunos' 50th will be observed during cruise

XSTRUTHERS -- Mr. and Mrs. Bob Bruno of 504 Creed St. will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary later this month on a cruise to the Caribbean.
Joining them on the trip will be their sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Janice Bruno of Boardman; Dean and Linda Bruno of Irwin, Pa.; Bob and Lynn Bruno of Glenellyn, Ill.; and Rick and Amy Bruno of Naples, Fla.; and their seven grandchildren.
Mr. Bruno and the former Lena Pervetich were married May 9, 1953, at St. Nicholas Church, where they are members. He retired in 1985 from Republic Steel Corp., where he was a millwright. He also served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Mrs. Bruno, who is also known as "Lee," retired in 1991 from Parkview Counseling Center in Youngstown, where she was a supervisor.
