August rite set for Toya Fort & eacute; and Mr. Hightower

XYOUNGSTOWN -- The engagement of Toya Linn Fort & eacute; and Anthony G. Hightower Jr., both of 83 Eliot Lane, is beingannounced by the bride-to-be's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Oddie Humbert of 1308 Katherine St.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Stringer, 30 Allerton Court. Parents of the future groom are Faye C. Miller and Anthony Hightower Sr., 922 Katherine St.
The future bride is employed as an assembler at General Motors Corp. in Lordstown. She is attending Kent State University Champion Campus.
Mr. Hightower attends Youngstown State University. He is employed as a shipper with Easco Aluminum in Niles.
The couple will be married during a ceremony planned for 3 p.m. Aug. 23 at Heavenly Place Church of God in Christ. An evening reception will take place at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex Centre, Liberty. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and reception.
