CANFIELD
May 25
Criminal trespass: The owner of a home in the 100 block of Village Boulevard called police and said a suspect was trespassing on his property, had threatened his sons, and his wife told him to leave. Police responded after also being told the suspect had an AK-47 assault rifle in his possession. The suspect previously had threatened to harm the man's sons. Police arrested the suspect and served him with a copy of a trespass warning. It is unknown what kind of weapon he had or if he actually brandished a weapon.

Criminal damage/endangering: A tire was slashed on a 2000 Chevrolet at Giant Eagle, 526 E. Main St.
May 27
Order: A criminal trespass order was issued against an employee who had been terminated that day at Leebaw Manufacturing Co. Inc., 1 Industrial Park Drive.

May 25
Burglary: Money and a pellet gun were reported stolen from an apartment in the 4000 block of Pembrook Road.
Drug offense: A man was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse of marijuana at Noday's, 3713 Oakwood Ave.
Drug offense: Police arrested and charged two women for possession of suspected marijuana. The arrest took place on Mahoning Avenue.
Recovery: Property taken from a residence in the 400 block of Maureen Drive was recovered.
Burglary: Tools were taken from a residence in the 30 block of Pineview Drive.
Theft: Fifty CDs were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 1000 block of Woodledge Drive.
Theft: Thirty CDs and sunglasses were taken from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence in the 1200 block of Woodledge Drive.

Attempted theft: A vehicle door lock was damaged in the 4000 block of New Road.
Theft: An Ohio rear license plate was stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of North Beverly Avenue.
Drug offense: Police arrested a man for drug abuse-marijuana in the 4000 block of New Road.

Drug offense: Police arrested a man on traffic citations and possession of suspected marijuana on Kirk Road.
Property found: A vehicle was found burned on Interstate 80 at state Route 11 after being stolen from the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Theft: A ladies' purse was stolen from the Sand Bar, 160 S. Four Mile Run Road.
