LISBON -- The Columbiana County Health Department and Columbiana Veterinary Associates will provide rabies immunizations for dogs and cats from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Columbiana County Fairgrounds in Lisbon. The cost is $5 per immunization. Cats and dogs must be at least 3 months old. Dogs must be on a leash. Cats must be in a carrier or otherwise confined.
