Struthers man faces DUI and other charges

STRUTHERS -- John Manski, 18, of Hopewell Drive will be arraigned in municipal court Monday on charges of driving under the influence, reckless operation and failure to control his vehicle.
Police say Manski drove his car through a 6-foot-high wooden fence along Rita Drive about 6:50 p.m. Friday after leaving the parking lot of Family Dollar at a high rate of speed.
Three other teen-agers also were in the car, including a 17-year-old boy who was treated for minor injuries at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Police said Manski's blood-alcohol level was 0.169 percent. The state legal limit for intoxication is 0.1.
