Wellington honors deputies for professionalism

YOUNGSTOWN -- Mahoning County Sheriff Randall A. Wellington presented meritorious service awards Friday to Deputies Eric Harris and Gary Wollet and departmental commendations to:
Deputies Wollet, David Aey, William Cappabianca, Cherry Childers, Tom DeGenova, James Duvall, Michael Fonda, Michael Mercer, Edward Mitchell, Anthony Murphy, Johnny Naples, Samuel Oliver, Antonio Owens, Jeff Saluga, Scott Stenglein, Joseph Hood, Kenneth Kountz, John Latronica, Paul Sanchez-Lewis, John Marenkovic, Martin Marsico, Shannon Switka, Stephen Szekely, Greg Taillon, James Touville and William Walker; Lt. Marc Masto; and Sgts. John Beshara, Ronald D'Apolito, Candy Guzzy and Aureali Montero.
The sheriff said the employees performed in an exemplary manner and their high degree of professionalism brings credit to the department.
