Gray, 36, West Earle Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession, aggravated marijuana trafficking.Jermaine A. Tillis, 30, Dean Street, Youngstown; abduction, aggravated robbery.Terrence Tillis, 27, McClure Avenue, Youngstown; assault, abduction, aggravated robbery.Rashard D. Willis, 25, Republic Avenue, Youngstown; abduction, aggravated robbery.Eddie Johnson III, 23, West Boston Avenue, Youngstown; concealed weapon.Delano Perel, 23, St. Louis Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault, illegally possessing a weapon.Donald Patterson, 29, East Midlothian Boulevard, Youngstown; domestic violence.Michael Cossack, 28, Spring Street, Youngstown; theft.Gary J. The grand jury also handed up a 45-count secret indictment against six men and four women, whose names won't be revealed until they are served with their indictments. The secret indictment contains 42 counts of heroin trafficking and one count each of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, drug trafficking and cocaine trafficking.
