Gray, 36, West Earle Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession, aggravated marijuana trafficking.Jermaine A. Tillis, 30, Dean Street, Youngstown; abduction, aggravated robbery.Terrence Tillis, 27, McClure Avenue, Youngstown; assault, abduction, aggravated robbery.Rashard D. The grand jury also handed up a 45-count secret indictment against six men and four women, whose names won't be revealed until they are served with their indictments. The secret indictment contains 42 counts of heroin trafficking and one count each of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, drug trafficking and cocaine trafficking.
