XAUSTINTOWN -- The marriage of Guyla Fabrizzi and James Hlinka Jr. was solemnized by the Rev. Stephen Popovich during a 2 p.m. ceremony May 3 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Fabrizzi, 1808 Stewart Ave., Youngstown, and the son of Lisa Hlinka, 2841 Silver Fox Drive, Lordstown, and James Hlinka Sr., 2340 Roy St., Youngstown, were honored afterward during a reception at the Maronite Center, Youngstown.
After a wedding trip to Niagara Falls, Canada, the couple live at 1805 Eden Lane.
The white satin A-line gown worn by the bride featured a split back and spaghetti straps and was adorned with beading.
Cornflower-blue gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Michelle Frangos, and the bridesmaids, Sandy Doolittle, Nikki Wheatley, Amy Vaught, Carie Watson, Halynna Pavelko, Kelly Sigurani, Cindy Rattay and Richelle Gallagher. Junior bride was Corrie Archer, and flower girl was Lea Frangos.
Serving as best man was Norm Gallagher, and groomsmen were Barry Smart, Bill Smaltz, Matt Beany, Rick and Chris Hlinka, Jason Cochran, Todd Stovall and Ryan Allison. Ring bearer was John Vaught Jr., and junior groomsmen were Patrick and William Archer.
The bride graduated from Choffin School of Practical Nursing and is a licensed practical nurse.
The groom, a mail-carrier supervisor with the U.S. Postal Service in Youngstown, graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice.
