Cappittes will be honored for their 72nd anniversary

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Mr. and Mrs. James Cappitte of Youngstown will celebrate their 72nd wedding anniversary at a family dinner June 6 at their home.
Mr. Cappitte and the former Charlotte Williams were married June 6, 1931, at St. Patrick Church. He retired in 1976 from the Youngstown Street Department. His wife is a homemaker.
Upon his retirement, the couple worked together selling items at their "Mom and Pop's" stand at the Pyatt Street Market and at the Austintown Flea Market.
The couple's children and their spouses are James and Joyce Cappitte of Youngstown, Marian Cappitte of Austintown, Donald and Nancy Cappitte of Boardman, Norman and Sandy Cappitte of Youngstown, Elaine and Jamie Heras of Streetsboro, Theresa Arnold of Austintown, Joe Cappitte of Youngstown and Barbara and Chuck Colantone of Canfield. They also have 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-granddaughters.
