Carney-Jenkins engagement is made known

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Margaret L. Simmons, 311 Potomac Ave., is announcing the engagement of her daughter, Kelley J. Carney, to Jemel L. Jenkins, both of the Potomac Avenue address.
The future bride also is a daughter of the late John Carney. Mr. Jenkins is a son of Margo Naze, 600 Demere St., Hinesville, Ga., and Jerron Jenkins, 2 Trumbull Court.
Invitations will be issued for the couple's wedding to take place at 6:15 p.m. Sept. 6 at Nancy's Place, where a reception will follow.
Miss Carney is employed at St. Elizabeth Health Center as an information associate in labor and delivery. She is also a party representative for Spice of Life.
Her fiance is an assistant manager at Subway in Campbell.
