CHICAGO -- Mooney High graduate Mark Malaska (1-0) of Youngstown earned his first major league win Saturday as the Tampa Ray Devil Rays defeated the White Sox, 10-6.
Rocco Baldelli homered and drove in four runs as Tampa snapped Chicago's eight-game winning streak.
Malaska got two outs, then gave way to Jesus Colome who retired the final six White Sox batters for his first career save.
Aubrey Huff went 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBIs for the Devil Rays, who won for just the 15th time in 49 road games. Tampa Bay finished with 15 hits, including a season-high seven doubles.
Baldelli's big game came one night after he was doused with beer by a fan sitting in the bleachers at U.S. Cellular Field. He broke a 5-5 tie in the sixth inning with a two-out, two-run double off reliever Rick White (1-2).
Huff followed with a double off the left-field fence, scoring Carl Crawford and Baldelli for a 9-5 lead. Huff also doubled in the ninth and scored on a sacrifice fly by pinch-hitter Al Martin.
Crawford went 3-for-4 in the leadoff spot, reaching base four times and scoring three runs. Julio Lugo also homered for Tampa Bay.
Sandy Alomar Jr. hit a three-run homer for Chicago, which was looking for its first nine-game winning streak since 1977.

Tigers 5, Royals 1
DETROIT -- Jeremy Bonderman took a three-hit shutout into the ninth inning and Ramon Santiago hit a two-run triple.
The Tigers improved to 13-36 at home, winning for the second time in three games overall following a six-game losing streak.
The AL Central-leading Royals have dropped four of six.
The teams wore vintage jerseys on Negro League Night. The Tigers wore the pale yellow of the Detroit Stars, while the Royals were in the gray of the Kansas City Monarchs.
Bonderman (4-14) won for the second time in three starts. Three outs shy of his first career shutout, he walked Aaron Guiel leading off the ninth and was lifted after throwing a wild pitch.
Chris Mears came on and finished the three-hitter, a game that took only 2 hours, 7 minutes.
Bonderman allowed one run, walked three and struck out four. Ken Harvey had an RBI groundout in the ninth for Kansas City.
Royals starter Kyle Snyder (1-5) gave up five runs on seven hits and three walks in six innings.
Detroit took a 1-0 lead in the first when Alex Sanchez tripled and scored on Bobby Higginson's sacrifice fly.
The Tigers made it 3-0 in the second. With one out, Carlos Pena walked and, after Eric Munson popped out, Matt Walbeck singled. Santiago then lined a two-run triple into the right-field corner.
The Tigers added a strange run in the fifth, thanks to two throwing errors on one play by Kansas City.
Sanchez reached on a bunt single when second baseman Carlos Febles missed first base after a throw from first baseman Harvey. Sanchez stole second, then broke for third when Brent Mayne's throw sailed into center field for an error.
Carlos Beltran's throw hit Sanchez in the back and rolled away for an error, allowing Sanchez to head for home. Third baseman Desi Relaford threw to the plate, but again the ball hit Sanchez as he slid in safely.
Detroit made it 5-0 on Munson's sacrifice fly in the sixth.
Kansas City's best chance came when Michael Tucker led off the fifth inning with a double, but he was stranded after two grounders and a shallow fly.
