ROAD WORK | Ohio, Pennsylvania Crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will work on roads in these counties this week:

MAHONING COUNTY
South Avenue, Boardman: South Avenue at McClurg Road will open Monday. Detour provided. South Avenue reduced to one lane in each direction between Presidential Drive and Western Reserve Road. Bev Road will be closed. Beech Street is open.
State Route 164, Beaver Township: Route 164 will be closed between state Route 7 and state Route 165 on Monday for lane construction. Detour provided. Completion: summer 2004.
U.S. Route 62, Canfield: U.S. Route 62 at Raccoon Road is closed. Detour is posted. Completion: fall 2003.
U.S. Route 224, Berlin: Road is open between state Route 534 and Bedell Road with periodic lane restrictions.
State Route 534, Goshen: Route 534 and West Pine Lake Road intersection closed. Detour posted. Completion: late fall.
U.S. Route 224, Poland: The bridge over Yellow Creek is closed. Detour posted. Completion: late fall 2003.
Interstate 76 twin bridges, Milton Township: two lanes open in each direction.
Dupont Street, Youngstown: open.
Dearborn Street, Youngstown: open at Sarah Street.
State Route 711, Youngstown: bridge closed in both directions.
State Route 711 connector, Youngstown: Closed. Belmont Avenue will be closed at Gypsy Lane for driving in the southbound lane.
State Route 164, Beaver: Closed between state Route 7 and state Route 165. Detour posted. Completion: summer 2004.
TRUMBULL COUNTY
State Route 5, Cortland: one lane open in each direction. Traffic maintained with flaggers between state Route 46 and Main Street.
State Route 5 and state Route 82, Warren: one lane open in each direction for bridge work. Truck detour posted.
State Route 7, Brookfield: lane restrictions at the intersection of state Route 82, traffic maintained with flaggers.
State Route 11, Liberty and Vienna townships: now open.
State Route 45, North Bloomfield: reduced to one lane in each direction for resurface. Daylight hours only.
State Route 45, North Bristol: reduced to one lane over Baughman Creek for bridge work.
State Route 46, Niles: various lane restrictions westbound starting Monday to add a second turn lane and widen ramps. Bridge north of North River Road closed. Detour posted. Niles Viaduct reduced to one lane in each direction.
State Route 82 and state Route 11, Vienna: reduced to one lane in each direction for resurfacing. Night hours only.
State Route 193, Liberty: various daytime lane closures between Colonial Drive and state Route 304 for construction of signal pole foundations.
Route 422, Girard: reduced to one lane in each direction from Interstate 80 to the northern city limits for widening.
MERCER COUNTY
Rutledge Road: Pa. Route 846 to Pa. Route 58, road closed for surface repair.
Fredonia Road: Greenville Borough to District Road, shoulder cutting.
Lake Road: Jefferson Township, drainage work.
Donation Road: Greenville to Fredonia, patching.
Pa. Route 18: Greenville Borough to Rutledge Road, shoulder cutting.
U.S. Route 19: Pa. Route 358 to Sheakleyville, milling and paving.
Interstate 79: Interstate 80 to Crawford County line, paving.
U.S. Route 19: Pa. Route 358 to Mercer, crack sealing.
Summit Road: Greene, Pymatuning and West Salem townships: road closed for surface repair.
Lamor Road: both west and east of Route 18, drainage work.
Interstate 80: mile post 15 to mile post 21, concrete repair.
U.S. Route 62: Zahniser Road to U.S. Route 19, drainage work.
