Flood victim relief
Staff and volunteers of the American Red Cross will be driving through flood-stricken portions of Youngstown, Boardman, Struthers, Poland and Liberty, distributing free cleaning kits and snacks to flood victims beginning at 11 a.m. both today and Sunday.
