XBOARDMAN -- Maria Ann Saccamano and David Edward Owens, both of 7476 Huntington Drive, exchanged marriage vows during a ceremony at 4 p.m. June 20 at Bethel Lutheran Church.
The Rev. Brett Rizzo officiated for the daughter of Richard and Vicki Saccamano, 742 Ronlee Lane, and the son of Karin Owens, 212 Charles Ave.
The newlyweds accepted congratulations during a reception at The Georgetown, then left for a honeymoon in Las Vegas.
They live in Boardman.
Mrs. Owens graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in education. She is a special-education teacher with Boardman Local Schools.
Mr. Owens, who attended YSU, is employed by Truck World.
The bride wore a white satin A-line gown styled with sheer sleeves and accented by pearls and satin on the bodice.
Honor attendant was Nicole Julian of Boardman. The groom's sisters, Melissa Rogers and Melinda Owens, both of Boardman, were bridesmaids. They wore rose-petal dresses. Flower girl was Gwenyth Lesnansky, Boardman, his niece.
David Schumann of Boardman performed the duties of best man. Aaron Hall of New Middletown and Michael Saccamano of Youngstown, the bride's brother, served as groomsmen, and ushers were Tom and Joe Garwig, both of Boardman, the groom's cousins.
