McKinley's blasts help Senators to doubleheader split with Aeros



AKRON (AP) -- Josh McKinley hit a two-run homer to give the Harrisburg Senators a 5-4 comeback win and split a doubleheader with the Akron Aeros in the Eastern League on Tuesday night.
Glenn Davis homered in the sixth inning to pull Harrisburg within 4-3 and McKinley won it an inning later. Roy Corcoran pitched a scoreless seventh for his second save.
Chris Young (2-2) allowed four runs and eight hits in six innings for the win.
Ryan Larson (1-6) took the loss.
Nate Grindell and Luke Scott each drove in a pair of runs for Akron.
Grindell drove in two runs as the Aeros won the early game 7-3. Eric Crozier and Tyler Minges homered.
Kyle Evans (8-2) allowed three runs on four hits and two walks in 51/3 innings for the win. Jose Vargas got his fourth save.
Luke Lockwood (3-10) allowed five runs on five hits and three walks in three innings.
