Home health, Hospice care programs move

SHARON, Pa. -- Sharon Regional Health System's Home Health Agency and Hospice Home Care programs have moved.
The programs were located at Canterbury Square on North Kerrwood Drive in Hermitage but are now at 663 E. State St. in Sharon, site of the former PA Job Center/Unemployment Office.
They also have new telephone numbers. The Home Health Agency can be reached at (724) 983-3875 and Hospice Home Care at (724) 983-3878.
The Home Health Agency offers comprehensive health and related services to individuals whose needs can be met in the home setting at lower costs and without placement in an institution.
Hospice Home Care provides support to family members as they participate in caring for a dying loved one, enabling the terminally ill to remain at home for as long as possible.
A referral from a licensed physician or dentist is necessary for individuals to receive Home Health or Hospice Home Care.
