Mahoning County residents who have suffered flood damage to their property but have no insurance to cover it, should call Help Hotline at (330) 747-2696 to inquire about financial assistance. Walter Duzzny, county emergency management agency director, said callers will be asked their name, address, township or municipality of residence and whether they have insurance.
