XNEW MIDDLETOWN -- Melissa Carsone, a daughter of Mary Louise Carsone, 5421 South Ave., Boardman, and Daniel Nagy, 88 Sunnyhill Drive, Beaver Falls, Pa., a son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Nagy Sr., 1611 Worcester Drive, Pittsburgh, were united in marriage June 14 at Zion Lutheran Church.
The Rev. Larry Klinker presided at the 2 p.m. ceremony, and later that day a reception was held at The Embassy, Struthers.
The couple honeymooned at Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and live at the groom's address.
Fashioned of ivory satin and adorned with beading, the bride's gown featured long sleeves and a chapel train.
Celadon-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Michele Carsone, and the bridesmaids, Kacey Carsone, Marcy McGill, Stacey Manz, Theresa Kosik and Tracy Manion. Flower girls were Jacquelyn Chiclowe and Brooke Ludington.
Chuck Manion served as best man, and groomsmen were Richard Nagy Jr., Mark Nagy, Keith McGill, Richard Nagy III and Michael Carson. Ring bearers were Allen Ludington and James Droese.
The bride, a teacher with Canfield Local Schools, graduated from Youngstown State University with a master's degree in education.
The groom graduated from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 5, joint apprenticeship program in Pittsburgh. He is a journeyman electrician with IBEW, Local Union 5, in Pittsburgh.
