XBOARDMAN -- Jessica Ann Harold, 1282 Tobey Drive, Gahanna, and Ryan Thomas Wester, 847 Vista Drive, Gahanna, were united in marriage July 19 during a 3 p.m. ceremony solemnized by the Rev. Robert Quaintance at Good Hope Lutheran Church.
The daughter of Vincent and Dorothy Harold, 28 Erskine Ave., and the son of Thomas and Karan Wester, 888 Ludwig Drive, Gahanna, accepted congratulations during a reception in Youngstown before leaving on a wedding trip to St. Lucia.
They will live in Columbus.
Embellished with sequins, pearls and braiding, the bride's white satin gown featured an off-the-shoulder neckline, cap sleeves and a chapel train.
Wearing sage-green gowns were Jennifer Dennewitz and Taryn Papalia, the honor attendants, and the bridesmaids, Katie Harold, Dawn Wester, Chris Hahn and Nicole Gottlieb. Flower girl was Shelby Wester.
The duties of best man were performed by Jon-Paul Wester, and groomsmen were Stephen Wester, Daniel Wester, Jeremy Harold, Chad Dennewitz and Chad Helvey. Serving as ring bearers were Nathan Wester and Ethan Harold.
The bride, a special-education teacher with Groveport Madison School District in Groveport, graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in education.
The groom holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio State University in Columbus. He is an engineer with the BBS Corp. in Columbus.
