Granting a 10-year, 75-percent real estate and personal property tax abatement for DiRusso's Sausage Inc., which will enable it to purchase more equipment and enlarge its business at its West Rayen Avenue plant.
Supporting Campbell's application for a state grant to develop a 38-acre environmental learning lab on vacant land adjoining Youngstown's East Side.
