July 2
Drug abuse: A 29-year-old Youngstown man was accused of obtaining, possessing and concealing drugs when police found a generic version of Vicodin on him during a traffic arrest.
July 3
Assault: A 19-year-old Canfield man said he was assaulted at Perkins Restaurant, 587 E. Main St. by an unidentified person near his vehicle. The suspect ran toward a carwash.
July 4
Drug possession: Police found three plastic bags of suspected marijuana on a 23-year-old Warren man during a traffic stop on West Main Street. They charged him with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
July 5
Theft: About $1,000 in tools used by a millwright including a motorcycle jack, a back tire for a Harley and a toolbox were reported stolen from a truck parked at Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St.
