Second man charged with dumping body
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- Police have charged a second person with dumping the body of a Sharon man along Lynnwood Drive early June 5.
Donald E. Lesh, 42, of Cranberry Court, Warren, surrendered to police Monday morning after learning a warrant had been issued for his arrest on charges of abuse of a corpse and criminal conspiracy.
He was arraigned before District Justice Henry Russo, who freed him on his own recognizance.
Emce A. Jones, 41, of Parke Drive, was the first man arrested. Police charged him June 25 with abuse of a corpse and criminal conspiracy. He remains free on bond.
Police said they may be filing charges against a third person as well.
Authorities said Mark A. McNulty, 40, of Lafayette Street, Sharon, died of a combined drug intoxication of cocaine and morphine in Jones' apartment.
Jones, Lesh and a third person took his body from the apartment and dumped it along a seldom-used section of Lynnwood Drive near a closed bridge, police said. The county coroner's office ruled McNulty's death accidental.
