Line Drive Academy was down to its final strike not once, but four times, in the bottom of the seventh inning, in the deciding game of the Class B League championship series against Rondinelli Tuxedo. In the bottom of the ninth inning, Marc Sikora's bases-loaded single scored the winning run in Line Drive's 11-10 victory. C3.
Jarrett packs up
Dale Jarrett's No. 88 Ford team was to test this week for the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, but came home Monday after another bad day in Sunday's Tropicana 400. Jarrett finished 30th.
