PEOPLE DON'T KNOW: ( I don't know... make something up haha) Something about how I'd rather study in the Honors program than try to play softball.
MEGAN TUROCY
School/grade: Canfield High, senior.
Statistics/accomplishments: Three-year varsity starter, two-year team captain, two-year first-team all-Metro Athletic Conference selection. She set school records with 10 shuouts and 197 strikeouts this year.
Positive influence: My parents -- Frank and Marcia Turocy -- have always been there for me to offer encouragement and support.
Best memory: Our team sleepovers and the bonding they created are my best memories.
Surprised to learn: I am very excited to be a business honors student at Ohio State University in September, which means my softball career is essentially over.
