COLUMBIANA COUNTY Advance tickets for fair are for sale

LISBON -- Advance ticket sales for the Columbiana County Fair can be purchased at the fair office, just inside the main gate off Jerome Street.
The fair will be July 28 through Aug. 3. A $20 fair pass and advance single-day tickets for $4 each are available through July 28. Senior citizens will be admitted free on July 30 until noon.
Grandstand tickets may be purchased by mail and picked up at the secretary's office after July 24 or at the grandstand ticket office the day of the event.
Grandstand reserved seating tickets are $3 for single-event tickets or $15 for all six nights.
Entries
Information about fair entries also is available at the fair office. Last year's entrants should have received fair premium books by mail. Monday is the deadline for grain, vegetable and fruit entries. The deadline for flowers is Thursday. The deadline for hay entries is July 28.
The fair office is now open. Hours through July 19 are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Starting July 21, hours will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
