Miss Mashburn, Mr. Webster plan autumn wedding



XAUSTINTOWN -- Donald and Deborah Mashburn, 4686 Westwood Drive, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca A. Mashburn, and Timothy A. Webster, both of 531 Columbia St., Portsmouth, Va.
The future groom is a son of Sue Webster, 504 Forest Hill Drive, and William Webster of Wendell, N.C.
Invitations will be issued for the couple's wedding ceremony planned for 4:30 p.m. Sept. 27 at Continental Park Gazebo in Fort Monroe, Va. An early evening reception, also by invitation, will be held at the Fort Monroe Club in Fort Monroe.
Miss Mashburn will graduate in September from ITT Technical Institute, Norfolk, Va., with an associate degree in multimedia. She is employed as an office assistant in the submarine electrical engineering department at Northrup Grumman Newport News, Newport News, Va.
Mr. Webster earned an associate degree in applied science in computer-aided drafting at ITT Technical Institute, Youngstown, and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering at Tidewater Community College. He is an associate designer at in the aircraft carrier overhaul design department at Northrop Grumman Newport News.
