YOUNGSTOWN -- Atty. Janet K. Meub has joined the law firm of Grogan Graffam P.C. as an associate in its professional liability practice group. She came to the firm from Manchester Bennett Powers & amp; Ullman in Youngstown. Meub will concentrate her practice in the areas of medical and legal malpractice defense. She has a bachelor's degree from Miami University and earned her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh.
MEDICAL
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Heart and Vascular Center at St. Elizabeth Health Center announced that Dr. Jason R. Delatore has joined the vascular surgery practice of Dr. Venkata S. Kollipara on Parmelee Avenue in Youngstown. A Steubenville native, Dr. Delatore earned his medical degree at the Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem, Pa., and a vascular surgery fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa.
GREENVILLE, Pa. -- Dr. Lynn M. Johnson, a pediatrician, has joined the department of family and community services at UPMC Horizon. A 1996 graduate of Ohio State University, she earned her medical degree in 2000 from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health and recently completed a residency at Children's Hospital in Columbus. Her practice will be based at the Greenville Medical Center.
COMMUNICATIONS
WARREN -- Sherman, a Warren marketing and communications agency, has announced a new hire and two promotions.
Scott Billman has joined the agency as its Internet technology director. Billman came to the company from Keane, Inc. where he was a visual communications designer. He will live in Chardon and is a student at the University of Akron.
Cynthia Hart of Orwell has been promoted from administrative assistant to assistant account executive. A Kent State University graduate, she had been an administrative assistant for Stern Advertising.
Susan Honel, Brookfield, formerly office manager at Sherman, was named accounting manager and will be responsible for the financial functions in the agency. She joined Sherman nine years ago and has a background in the construction and medical industries.
UTILITIES
YOUNGSTOWN -- Joseph Hamrock, a Youngstown State University graduate, has been named senior vice president and chief information officer for American Electric Power, where he had served as senior vice president of general services since 2002. He has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from YSU and a master's degree in business administration from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
REAL ESTATE
BOARDMAN -- Cocca Development in Boardman has added three executives.
Keith L. Lenhart is executive vice president, coming to the company from DeBartolo Property Group, where he was senior vice president and controller. He also served as vice president and chief financial officer of the San Francisco 49ers for two years wit DeBartolo, and before that was an accountant for Hill, Barth & amp; King CPAs in Youngstown. He is a certified public accountant and has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.
Lynn E. Davenport is the new chief financial officer, also joining the company from DeBartolo Property Group, where he held the same title. A graduate of Westminster College with a bachelor's degree in business administration, he has more than 20 years' experience in commercial real estate finance.
William A. Myers joined Cocca as general counsel after maintaining his own law practice for several years. Before that he was in practice with the Daniluk law firm in Warren and with Nadler Nadler & amp; Burdman in Youngstown. Atty. Myers has a bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and a law degree from the University of Akron.

WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa. -- Jason Nelitz, a West Middlesex native, has been hired as computer programmer for 84 Lumber, working at the company's corporate offices in Eighty Four, Pa. He is a West Middlesex High School graduate and has a bachelor's degree from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
CALL CENTERS
NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- InfoCision Management Corp. has named two new supervisors.
Kurt Ference has joined InfoCision as a program supervisor in the company's New Castle Political Call Center. The Hermitage resident holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
Todd Shaffer was promoted to senior program supervisor in the Austintown call center. Shaffer started his career with InfoCision in 2002 as a program supervisor.

McDONALD -- Cheryl Nichols of McDonald has been promoted to team leader by Tastefully Simple, Inc., a national direct sales company which sells gourmet foods through in-home presentations.
