Hubbard swept the best-of-3 series to win the league championship. In the first game, Mike Carnahan drove in five runs and scored once, with three singles. Corey Hitt added a double and John Madeline tripled for Hubbard. Madeline was the winning pitcher and Hitt earned the save with a perfect seventh inning. Dan Kubala and Mike Popio hit doubles for Line Drive. Madeline was the winning pitcher, and Amendola got the loss.In the second game, Hubbard scored three runs in the second inning and two more in the third to overcome a 3-0 deficit. Steve Zubyk earned the win by pitching a complete game, scattering seven hits. Marc Kanetsky and Madeline had RBIs for Hubbard. Popio had a double and Scott Smith a RBI triple for Line Drive. Dean Porter and Tyler Amendola also had RBIs.

Struthers Davidson Becker 12, Niles Kramer & amp; Sons 1 -- Dave Allen and Joel Lariccia had two hits each to lead Struthers. Jim Farris pitched a complete game. Struthers (15-3) finished the season with a 12-game winning streak. Anthony Palmer had two hits for Niles.

Girard FOP 6, Howland 5 -- Mike Jennings singled in Tom Williams with the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning. Jennings and Williams each had two hits, including a double. Justin Markota had three hits and Steve Cornell two in the 13-hit attack. For Howland, Bob Groner had two hits, including a double.Girard FOP 12, Champion 4 -- Mike Cramer had two hits and earned the victory for Girard. Justin Markota also had two hits. For Champion, Troy Toriello had two hits, including a triple. Girard FOP 9, Hubbard 4 -- Steve Cornell and Tom Williams each had two hits, including doubles, to lead Girard. Kevin Nastase added two hits. For Hubbard, Ryan O'Neill hit a two-run homer.
