Tiffany Powell, Steve Skeliski to wed in fall

XWARREN -- Cindy Thompson of Warren is announcing the engagement of her daughter, Tiffany Powell of Austintown, and Steve Skeliski, a son of Bill and Margie Skeliski, all of Austintown.
The bride-elect, a nurse's aide at Glenview Manor in Mineral Ridge, is attending Youngstown State University, where she is pursuing a degree in nursing.
Her fiance is a carpenter with Cleveland Construction Co. in Cleveland.
The couple have chosen Sept. 27 for their 3:30 p.m. wedding at the Pioneer Pavilion in Mill Creek Park, Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and also for an evening reception at Packard Electric Union Hall.
