Leiter-Loboy wedding is set for Aug. 16

XSTRUTHERS -- Scott and Nadia Leiter of 113 Wilson St. are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Debra Lynn Leiter, 540 Sixth St., to James Joseph Loboy, also of the Sixth Street address.
Mr. Loboy is a son of Tee Loboy, 53 Piccadilly St., Campbell, and Robert Loboy Sr., 165 Struthers-Liberty Road, Campbell.
The couple have chosen Aug. 16 for their open ceremony to take place at St. Joseph the Provider Church in Campbell. Invitations will be extended for a reception to be held that evening at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex in Liberty.
Miss Leiter holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Youngstown State University.
Her fiance graduated from YSU with a bachelor's degree in communications and an associate degree in meteorology. He is a program director and radio personality with Cumulus Media in Youngstown.
