SANDLOTS Rained-out 'B' games will be played tonight

STRUTHERS -- Friday's Class B and Little b playoff games were rained out and will be played tonight.
In Big B, Rondinelli will play Astros on Cene 1 at 6 p.m., and Livi Steel will play Line Drive at 8.
The winners will begin the best-of-five championship series with a Sunday doubleheader at 4 p.m. and 7 at Cene 1.
In Little b, Wolf Construction and Astro Falcons will play at 7 p.m. today on Cene 2.
The winner of that game advances to play Becdir in the best-of-five championship series beginning with a Sunday doubleheader at 4 and 7 p.m. on Cene 2.
Class B
STRUTHERS -- Late Thursday, Gary Bucuren hit a RBI double in the bottom of the sixth inning to score the game's only run as Rondinelli defeated Astros 1-0 to even the series at Cene Park.
Rick Banna pitched a five-hit shutout for Rondinelli, striking out four.
David Yost pitched 51/3 innings in the loss, allowing four hits and striking out five.
Little b
STRUTHERS -- Becdir pounded out 15 runs on 15 hits as it defeated Line Drive Academy 15-10 and swept the series at Cene Park.
Aaron Pollack and Ben Detwiler had three hits each while John Forty and Mike Brown had two hits each for Becdir.
Tyler Stanley pitched six innings to pick up the win.
For Line Drive, Grant Sevek had three hits while Nate Tascir had two, including a two-run home run.
