ROAD WORK Ohio, Pennsylvania

Crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will work on roads in the following counties this week:
MAHONING COUNTY
South Avenue, Boardman: South Avenue at McClurg Road will be closed starting Monday. Detour provided. South Avenue reduced to one lane in each direction between Presidential Drive and Western Reserve Road. Beech Street is open.
State Route 164, Beaver: Route 164 will be closed between state Route 7 and state Route 165 on Monday for lane construction. Detour provided. The work is part of a $1.1 million project to widen and add a left turn lane at the Route 164-Route 7 intersection in North Lima. Completion date: summer 2004.
U.S. Route 224, Berlin Township: Road is open between state Route 534 and Bedell Road.
State Route 534, Goshen: Route 534 and West Pine Lake Road intersection closed. Detour posted.
U.S. Route 422, Youngstown: closed for ramp reconstruction. Detour provided.
Dupont Street, Youngstown: closed for sewer installation.
Dearborn Street, Youngstown: closed for culvert replacement work at Sarah Street.
State Route 711, Youngstown: The bridge is closed in both directions.
State Route 711 Connector: U.S. Route 422 from Beck Street to the 711 on-ramps will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
U.S. Route 224, village of Poland: The bridge over Yellow Creek is closed. Detour posted.
Interstate 76 twin bridges, Milton Township: two lanes open.
TRUMBULL COUNTY
State Route 5, Cortland: one lane open in each direction.
State Route 5, Warren: one lane open in each direction.
Route 5 and state Route 82, Warren: reduced to one lane in each direction for bridge work.
State Route 7, Brookfield Township: various lane restrictions.
State Route 11, Liberty and Vienna townships: reduced to one lane in each direction for bridge work.
State Route 45, North Bloomfield Township: reduced to one lane in each direction for resurface. Daylight hours only.
State Route 45, North Bristol: reduced to one lane for bridge work.
State Route 46, Niles: various lane restrictions westbound starting July 14 to add a second turn lane and widen ramps. Bridge north of North River Road closed. Detour posted. Niles Viaduct reduced to one lane in each direction.
State Route 82 and state Route 11, Vienna Township: reduced to one lane in each direction for resurfacing. Night hours only.
State Route 193, Liberty Township: various daytime lane closures for construction of signal pole foundations.
Route 422, Girard: reduced to one lane in each direction for widening.
MERCER COUNTY
Rutledge Road, Delaware and Jefferson townships: shoulder backup.
Werner Road, Hempfield and Sugar Grove townships: shoulder cutting.
Carlton Road, Mill Creek Township: patching.
Donation Road, Methodist Road to Columbia Avenue: spray patching.
Beatty School Road, Sugar Grove Township: bridge repairs.
Greenville-Mercer Road, Hempfield Township: bridge repairs.
Bethel-New Wilmington Road, Wilmington Township: ditching.
East Jamestown Road, Greene and West Salem townships: crack sealing.
Mercer-Grove City Road, Findley Township: paving.
Borland Road, New Vernon Township, Patton Road, Lake and Sandy Lake townships, and Stevenson Road, Salem Township: seal coating. Roads closed.
Mercer-Pulaski Road, Lackwannock Township: ditch restoration.
Interstate 79, from mile post 110 to mile post 137: concrete repair, milling and paving, lane restrictions in effect.
Interstate 79, from mile post 111 to mile post 121: brushing.
