FESTIVALS
XMount Carmel Italian Festival will be held Thursday through Sunday on the parish grounds, 343 Via Mount Carmel St., Youngstown. Hours are 6 to 11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 1 to 11 p.m. Sunday. A variety of food, games, entertainment, contests and children's activities will be available. Admission is $2, and four-day passes are available for $5. Shuttle service also will be available from the IBM Building, Levinson Tire, Sts. Cyril & amp; Methodius Church and Advantage Vinyl Co. parking lots.
FUND-RAISERS
XPegasus Farm in Hartville is sponsoring a Shake and Blend event to be held Wednesday at the 91 Wood Fired Oven, 1983 Easton St. N.W., Washington Square Plaza, Plain Township. Dinner reservations are recommended and can be made at (330) 498-9191. Celebrity bartenders will be on hand from 6 to 9 p.m. There will be a raffle for a Harley-Davidson 2003 Anniversary Sportster with the drawing July 19. Proceeds will benefit the therapeutic horeseback-riding program.
SALES
XCamelot Arms Care Center, 2958 Canfield Road, Cornersburg, will hold a garage sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday. Proceeds will benefit the residents' activity program. There will be a petting zoo from 10 to 2. Table rentals are available. Call (330) 792-5511 for information.
XThe 32nd annual outdoor antique show will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Clague House Museum, 1371 Clague Road, Westlake (south of Route 254). There will be some 50 antique dealers. A free craft show and museum tours also will be a part of the day. The rain date is July 20.
XWomen of Evangelical Lutheran Church of America and the church choir of Good Hope Lutheran Church, 98 Homestead Drive, Boardman, will hold a rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
