XCanfield AARP 3104 will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Monday at A La Cart Catering, 429 Lisbon St., Canfield. Members are encouraged to carpool. The speaker will be Myron Young, the former state commander for the VFW organization.
Reservations are still available for the Circle Michigan trip July 14-18. A trip is also planned to Carousel Dinner Theatre for the dinner show, "Carousel," on Sept. 24. Nonrefundable deposits are being accepted for the annual Mystery Trip on Oct. 17 and also for the Millennium Theatre in Lancaster, Pa., Nov. 18-19 to see "Miracle of Christ." HAPPY WANDERERS
XFriday is the last day to make reservations for the Happy Wanderers' picnic to be held July 18 at the Corner House Christian Church. Payment is due prior to the picnic date. Lunch will begin at noon, and Angels for Animals will provide a program. XLiberty Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Church Hill United Methodist Church fellowship hall with Rosemary Demi presiding. Betty Modzel, chairman, has planned a program with guest speakers Karen and Enoch Todd of Trumbull Blindness and Rehabilitation Services in Warren. Donated used eyeglasses will be given to the Warren Lions Club. Members are reminded to take a sack lunch. Beverages will be provided.
