TRUMBULL COUNTY Indictments

The grand jury indicted 28 people Tuesday, including a Warren man on a murder charge. Lamar Leon Sims, 26, of North Park Avenue, was indicted on charges of murder, felonious assault and three counts of aggravated robbery. Police say Sims killed Mark Crowder on April 4. Crowder was found beaten to death in his North Park Avenue home. Others indicted:

Jamie L. Sipusic, 25, Longwood Avenue, Niles, assault.
Heather Franklin, 30, Royal Mall Drive, receiving stolen property.
Wayne Mitchell, 22, Orchard Place N.E., Warren, receiving stolen property and failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer.
John Rogers II, 22, Woodbine S.E., Warren, receiving stolen property and failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Mona Mallory, 35, Brier Street S.E., Warren, possession of heroin.
Raymond D. Dickey Jr., 18, Belmont N.W., Warren, receiving stolen property.
Cynthia Glover, 24, Bane Street, Warren, grand theft.
Bruce H. Clifford Jr., 20, Belmont Street, Warren, felonious assault.
Anatolio Bacho-Miguel, 20, Youngstown Road, Warren, tampering with records.
Karl LeMaster, 62, Bane Street, Newton Falls, criminal damaging or endangering and aggravated menacing.
Lori A. Kinter, 31, Federal Street N.E., Warren, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlos Thomas Gowdy, 30, West LaClede Avenue, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.

Brenda Urso, 38, Greenville Road, Bristolville, possession of cocaine.

Amad Esmail, 44, Green Acres Drive, Liberty, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine.

American Dillion Green, 22, Dakota Street, Niles, attempted possession of drugs and deception to obtain a dangerous drug.
Wayne M. Anderson III, 19, Lemans Drive, Boardman, carrying a concealed weapon and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Faye L. McCain, 50, Mistletoe Avenue, Youngstown, theft.
Eric E. McVicker, 23, Bell South, Fowler, assault on a peace officer.
Frank A. DuFour, 72, Dunstan Drive, Warren, gross sexual imposition.
