Reservists to return
VIENNA -- Large groups of reservists from the 910th Airlift Wing were scheduled to return from duty in Germany today and Friday.
About 40 reservists deployed to Germany since early March were to return with about 20 pallets of cargo between 3 and 5 p.m. today aboard a C-5 Galaxy, the Air Force's largest aircraft.
They were deployed in support of Operation Joint Forge -- the NATO peacekeeping effort in Bosnia-Herzegovina -- Operation Iraqi Freedom and a May 30 humanitarian relief supply flight to Algeria after a major earthquake.
An additional 40 to 60 reservists are to return at 1 p.m. Friday on two C-130 cargo planes from the 910th.
