Miss Williams to be bride of Chuck Stout

XYOUNGSTOWN -- David L. and Jean L. Williams of Youngstown announce the engagement of their daughter, Deborah J. Williams, and Chuck B. Stout, both of Springfield, Ill.
The prospective groom is a son of Charles Stout of Charlotte, Fla., and the late Mary Stout.
Miss Williams graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago with a bachelor's degree in political science and from Chicago-Kent College of Law with a juris doctor degree. She is an attorney with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency in Springfield.
Mr. Stout earned an associate degree from Lincoln Community College in Springfield and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in union leadership and administration at the University of Illinois. He is employed as a staff representative for the state of Illinois AFSCME Council 31 in Springfield.
The Gage Hotel near Big Bend National Park, Marathon, Texas, will be the setting for the couple's wedding ceremony and reception Sept. 6. Invitations will be issued.
