XWARREN -- Believer's Christian Fellowship was the setting at 3 p.m. May 31 for the wedding of Holly Marie Ornelas and Michael Stephen Schulay, both of 4626 Tatersall Court, Columbus.
The daughter of Larry and Virginia Ornelas, 7691 Anderson Ave., and the son of Joseph and Shirley Schulay, 8517 Carriage Hill Drive, exchanged nuptial vows in the presence of Frank Hyatt, a brother of the bride.
After a reception at the Grand Pavilion of Opus Twenty One, Howland, the couple left for a honeymoon on the Hawaiian island of Maui.
They live in Columbus.
Lavender gowns were worn by Christine Ciancetta of Chicago, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Jessica Mehrabi of Chicago; Kristen Skaricich of Hubbard; Angie Hyatt of Cortland, the bride's sister-in-law; and Pam Bobak of Cortland, the groom's sister. Flower girl was Leanne Hyatt of Cortland, the bride's niece.
Pete McGee of Columbus served as best man, and groomsmen were Steve Schulay of Warren and Bob Morris of Warren, the groom's brothers, and Paul Hyatt of Ramstein, Germany, and Rich Hyatt of Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, brothers of the bride.
The bride and groom graduated from the Ohio State University in Columbus with bachelor degrees. She earned a juris doctorate from Capital University Law School in Columbus.
