XNEW MIDDLETOWN -- The exchange of nuptial vows took place during a 2 p.m. ceremony June 7 as Heather A. Galich, 109 Brookfield Ave., Boardman, and Ryan C. Cusick, 509 King Ave., Poland, were united in marriage at the Free Methodist Community Church.
The Rev. Drew Mountcastle presided at the ceremony for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Galich, also of 109 Brookfield Ave., and the son of Mrs. Sandra K. Eidel of the King Avenue address and Thomas J. Cusick, 202 Kreps Road, North Lima.
The couple accepted congratulations during a reception held at Shangri La in Canfield.
Alencon lace embellished the bride's halter-style gown of white satin. It was designed with a basque waist and scalloped cathedral train accented with pearls and sequins. Her fingertip veil was gathered to a halo headpiece.
Passion-colored gowns were worn by Lisa Poulakos of Boardman, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Gina Galich of Austintown, a cousin of the bride, and Kasia Cusick of Naples, Fla., the groom's sister-in-law.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's brother, David Cusick of Naples, and groomsmen were Jarrod Humphries of Petersburg and the bride's brother, James Galich of Boardman.
The bride, an assistant manager at Things Remembered in Boardman, attended Youngstown State University.
The groom is a mechanic with Pep Boys in Boardman.
