XPOLAND -- The marriage of Brandi Rae Burcham of Philadelphia and Patrick Cory Hogan of Dowington, Pa., was solemnized by the Rev. Duane Bull during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony May 24 at New Life Assembly.
A reception was held afterward at Fonderlac County Club, New Springfield, to honor the daughter of David and Linda Burcham, 3240 Paradise Lane, Canfield, and the son of Dennis and Connie Hogan of Pelham, N.H.
The couple left for a honeymoon at Marco Island, and live in Parkesburg, Pa.
The bride wore an ivory strapless A-line gown that featured an embroidered bodice and a chapel train. She held a bouquet of champagne roses and tiny Calla lilies.
Lucy Plichta served as honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Courtney Dawley, Sarah Botch, Sumayya Husain, Julie Dubinsky, Lisa Welling and Beth Burcham, the bride's sister-in-law.
The groom's brother, Craig Hogan, was best man, and groomsmen were Matt Toombs; Dave Hull; Chris Seabright; Brent Burcham, the bride's brother; and Dennis Jr. and James Hogan, brothers of the groom.
The bride graduated summa cum laude with a degree in public relations and advertising from Bethany College, Bethany, W.Va. She is a sales marketing representative with Ryan Homes in Philadelphia.
The groom graduated from Bethany with degrees in French and psychology, and earned an education degree from West Chester State College in West Chester, Pa.
